World Richman pursues “On Time delivery with Correct Quantity” as the goal of our supply chain management. The options of “Lock Window Forecast” and “Safety Stock” programs are available per customer request.

Based on a three month purchase order forecast, our standard lead times from purchase order issue to ex-factory are:

• 35 calendar days for an initial order
• 33 calendar days for replenish orders
